Cancellation policy

Cancellation terms vary by villa:

• Casa Corazón & Casa de las Estrellas — Cancellations made 90 days or more before arrival carry a 15% penalty. From 89 to 45 days before arrival, 50% is refunded. Cancellations made less than 45 days before check-in are non-refundable. Nights from December 20 to January 4 (Christmas and New Year) are non-refundable; any other nights in the same reservation follow this policy. Penalties are calculated on the total amount of the reservation or on the amount paid to date, as applicable.
• Villa Aqua — Reservations are fully refundable up to 60 days before arrival. From 59 to 45 days before arrival, a 50% cancellation penalty applies. Reservations cancelled 44 days or less before arrival are non-refundable.
• Kasa Kefi — Flexible rate, paid by bank wire transfer: 100% refund more than 30 days before arrival; 50% refund 15 to 30 days before arrival; non-refundable less than 15 days before arrival. Flexible rate, paid by credit card: 95% refund more than 30 days before arrival; 50% refund 15 to 30 days before arrival; non-refundable less than 15 days before arrival. Non-refundable rate (save 8%): full payment is required at the time of booking, and voluntary cancellations are non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing; the terms that apply are confirmed at the time of booking.
